Scott is just what a company like ours needs in a CEO: An expert in software and financial management. Recently promoted to be Cornerstone's chief executive officer, Scott was Cornerstone's chief financial officer and treasurer since 1999. He has a BA and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. Scott has sat on the board of directors for the local chapter of the American Red Cross and served as their treasurer for two years.
On one hand, Jeanmarie is a big-picture visionary. On the other, she’s a detail-oriented perfectionist —which makes her the ideal person to manage the development of our Sales Motivator software. As navigator in the Cornerstone enterprise, she creates the roadmap for our software development, quality assurance and consulting initiatives. She comes to us from Fidelity where she was a director of architecture driving technology strategies for their Defined Contributions platform. She also served as a senior consultant at Microsoft strengthening their presence in financial services. Jeanmarie has a BA in Computer Science from Boston University.
Dana Nowell is a software geek’s software geek. He’s the type of guy who is as comfortable C and Unix scripting as he is in English. As Cornerstone’s chief technology officer since 2000, he has managed the long-range direction of our current and future product research. Over the last 30 years, Dana has created applications for everything from gasoline station automation to satellite communications.
Teanna Spence is our sales compensation planning guru. She provides strategic product guidance for the Sales Motivator product line and support team. Having honed her expertise as director of compensation for Kenexa, Teanna also provides strategic consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses to help them develop sales compensation plans that deliver on their corporate goals. She earned an MS in Business Management from Thomas College in Waterville, ME.
